WHAT IS THE REWARD?

HOW TO CLAIM?

Before you start, please ensure you have the following read

  • Invoice number and date
  • An electronic copy of your invoice to upload as proof of purchase. (File format: PDF, JPEG only)

It is a very simple process to claim your reward:

  1. Fill out the claim form as requested. Please ensure you enter the correct details especially invoice details and mailing address.
  2. When completed, click Submit Cash Back and you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Once your claim is verified, you will receive an email to advise of your claim status. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VISA PREPAID GIFT CARD?

If your claim is successful, your card will be issued to you at the end of the promotion period. The card will be sent to the nominated address provided on the claim form.
